It is so hard getting a decent picture of these fish when they are flying around in Ariel combat. Pictures really don't tell the story as well as a vid with them. And a good reason to give them lots of space in larger tanks. Especially to keep those extensions growing to their full potential.

Signifers are greatly underrated as an awesome aquarium fish. I keep mine next to the dinner table and it is a delight to watch them spar away!

Agree Peter. definitely underrated . I recently moved a small group to 125 gallon tank with some large Pagwi. they were up and down that tank top bottom side to side like I've never seen them . you don't realize just how fast they are until you give them the room to run. they were actually challenging the Pagwi. so cool to see
